We have already activated Sunrise Brand Group (they own 12 brands) and have received initial PO’s and/or development tech packs from Diane Gillman (for HSN), Joie, Rebecca Minkoff and Seven.

We are also brewing business with a robust pipeline of additional brands and retailers—from Madewell/J Crew to Target, Walmart, Amazon, Kohls, Lane Bryant, VF/Timberland, PVH/Calvin Klein, Guess, Tory Burch and many others. licensing royalty revenue from our Farm to Home and Seed to Style brands, with no risk and minimal overhead.

These brands were created and launched exclusively with QVC in 2021 and have generated approx. $4M in initial QVC retail sales. Now that our exclusivity requirement has ended, we are pivoting these mass market brands into licensing models, whereby we can work closely with our licensees on retailer sales, fiber sourcing, compliance oversight, design direction/approvals, and marketing.

We recently signed 3 factory-direct licenses for Farm to Home (utility, bedding, bath/kitchen), and have already secured an all-door USA Costco launch of the first product in March 2023, with many more potential items in the pipeline; Costco Europe, Mexico and Canada may also layer on.
